Services Refund Policy

Prepaid Treatments:

Refunds for prepaid treatment packages will only be issued for unused treatments within the package.

Used treatments will be deducted at the full, non-discounted rate before processing the refund.

Non-Refundable Services:

Services that have already been rendered are non-refundable.

Refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction with results, as individual outcomes may vary based on unique physiological factors and adherence to recommended protocols.

Product Purchases:

Opened or used products are non-refundable.

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-Shows:

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full service cost.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by contacting our office via email or in person.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Special Promotions & Gift Cards

Promotional services and discounted packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
